A new blog, a new beginning by DaveTCC! For many years I’ve been trying my hand at making soups, stews, and baked goods. Initially, the attempts were quite variable, but as time went by I actually got quite good at it. On this blog with many recipes included, I discuss what I’ve learnt about cooking and baking, and have a page that lists books that I’ve read, and how those books help me out.
I’ll try and add some content to the site weekly, either updating existing pages as I get better at things, more books I’ve read or new recipes.
